Don Sando facilitates Inner Circle CEO Peer Groups in Southern California, and is the founder of Strategic Results Group, a firm that specializes in business growth and organizational performance … working with entrepreneurs, business owners and their teams, who are looking for accelerated revenue growth and improved profitability. Strategic Results Group was the exclusive business consultant firm for Forbes’ 2009 America’s Most Promising Companies program with the role of helping entrepreneurs improve their chances of making the list and obtaining funding.
After starting as a design engineer, Don moved into marketing at Hewlett Packard, where he focused on working with the sales force to grow the product lines he was responsible for, doing domestic & international business development, channel development, and future product planning. He then moved into management and strategic planning. After 10+ years with HP, he was recruited away to help a stalling company turn around their slowing growth, which he & his team accomplished through international business development as well as completing strategic acquisitions. His growth efforts led to the sale of the company to a strategic buyer. His last project was moving the company’s manufacturing operation from Tijuana to mainland China in 2002. After 10+ years, he left to start his own business growth consulting firm in 2003.
Don has taught at the college level, is a guest speaker in MBA programs, and has an M.S. degree from the University of Southern California.
Inner Circle is a peer advisory group exclusively for CEO's and business owners of small to medium-sized companies. Each peer group serves as an advisory board/advisory council that acts as an interactive think tank, a place where entrepreneurs come to challenge one another and be challenged. By tapping into the wisdom and objectivity of the Circle's business advisory board, members find they are able to overcome obstacles faster and with greater confidence due to the business coaching and small business advice they receive from their own personal peer advisory board.
